Monday - Arrive
Dinner and welcome drinks will be served in our restaurant, followed by a relaxing evening with entertainment.

Tuesday - "Christmas Eve"
After your full Scottish breakfast, why not spend your day in and around Argyll? A full Gala Dinner (Santa will be paying a visit) with all the trimmings will be served in the Restaurant, followed by live entertainment.

Wednesday - "Christmas Day"
After breakfast enjoy your morning around Oban/Fort William/Cuil Bay and take in some fresh air from the harbour. In the afternoon pop into the Lounge Bar where coffee & biscuits will be available. After a superb dinner, enjoy your evening with our entertainment & tournaments.

Thursday - "Hogmanay"
After breakfast enjoy a relaxing day before joining your fellow guests for a Grand Farewell Highland Hogmanay Dinner. Your evening entertainment will be the Stewart Hotel Scottish Show, topped off with singing and dancing the night away.

Friday - Depart
Farewell breakfast - wishing all our guests a safe and pleasant journey home.

NOTE: Turkey & Tinsel can start from any given day of the week and can be for 5 to 7 nights as well.

Christmas 2011

Rates

  • 24th of December 2010 for 3 nights at £325 per person
  • 23rd of December 2010 for 4 nights at £355 per person

23rd and 24th December : You will be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, and later a sumptuous 3 course meal, followed by after dinner entertainment in the bar beside the log fire and Christmas tree.

25th December - Christmas Day: After full Scottish breakfast enjoy a delightful walk in the hotel garden or partake in a special Christmas Day treasure trail competition around the Stewart Estate. Christmas lunch is served between 1:00 to 3:30 pm. Afterwards relax by the Christmas tree or take a stroll to the local village. Evening supper will be offered from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

26th December - Boxing Day: After Boxing Day breakfast, you will have the option to partake in an excursion to Fort William, or stroll around the town and enjoy a Boxing Day pub lunch in the Festive themed town centre if you prefer. A late afternoon return to the Stewart Estate to enjoy the traditional Boxing Day dinner at 7:30 pm. Music entertainment in the bar afterwards.

27th December: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departure or why not an extra night stay and perhaps take an opportunity of a daytrip to Oban.

The Stewart Christmas Package costs £325 per person, based on 2 guests sharing a twin/double room for 3 nights. All prices include dinner, breakfast and all entertainment, as detailed in our program:

Christmas Break Programme

December 24:

  • Arrive from Midday onwards and enjoy afternoon tea/coffee in front of our roaring log fire
  • Join us for a glass of bubbly before dinner and meet your dining companions for your stay
  • Visit Midnight Mass Service at our local Church
  • On return guests will be served with mulled wine and mince pies

December 25:

Christmas Morning starts with breakfast served in the Dining Room. Then perhaps enjoy some fresh Highland Air around the Stewart Estate. Why not visit nearby Castle Stalker or a stroll around the loch side since Cuil Bay is just 5 minutes walk for the hotel?

Then it's time for an indulgent traditional 4 course Christmas Day Lunch. Afterwards, take it easy by the log fire in the lounge bar. For those that wish to join in, there is a Christmas Quiz. A super evening buffet is offered to round off the day.

December 26:

Boxing Day begins with a late breakfast. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy an activity. Why not visit nearby Fort William or Oban? Skiers and the snowboarders can take advantage of the nearby Nevis Range and Glencoe ski areas. Return early evening for a traditional "Gluwein" and then enjoy a delicious 3 course dinner.

December 27:

A full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room to prepare you for your journey home or stay an extra night at a Special Dinner and breakfast rate.

New Year 2011/12
